Robert Adelman setup ITtelligent Consulting Services to provide unmatched IT service/support at a True Fixed Monthly Cost. ITtelligent has redesigned the landscape of IT support for SME's in Australia by truly providing a new level of service that hasnt been seen before. We are constantly setting new trends and goals and is further demonstrated by being one of the first IT providers in Australia truly providing a fixed fee model rather than the typical ad-hoc packages.

Robert Adelman has over 14 years experience in the IT industry having worked in Melbourne, London, New York, Chicago, San Francisco and Luxembourg. His corporate IT background is extensive having worked for Hewlett Packard, Reuters, Department Of Justice, Citadel Investment Group as well as numerous other companies. Robert understands the critical nature of IT infrastructure and the demand of technical and proactive support to maintain maximum uptime.

Prior to setting up ITtelligent Consulting Services Robert was the IT manager for a leading hedge fund based in San Francisco. His responsibilities included proactive and reactive support, implementation of LAN/WAN technologies and information system redesign. His qualifications include Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer + Internet (MCSE+I),Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Microsoft Small Business Specialist.

While Robert has an extensive knowledge and real world experience the one thing that sets him apart from his peers is his focus on service. He is determined to provide the best possible service in the IT industry and this is further demonstrated by reading the testimonials.

When recruiting we look for personalities that match are ethos which is provide the level of service we would expect if we were the client.

All staff are required to maintain and attain industry qualifications, but qualification is only one part of the equation, experience is necessary as well. We ensure that all staff have a minimum of 3 years experience in IT.
